Bob Johnson Jr. formerly worked for two public corporations in technology and management. He also founded a company that is now a Nasdaq listed corporation. Bob has an Electrical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Richard Payne formerly managed off-shore oil rigs around the world for SEDCO corporation. Richard has a Chemical Engineering degree from University of Texas.
